GROUNDED IN DESIGN

Umberto Onza works at the intersection of AI, design, innovation, brand experience, and creative technology.

With a background in industrial design, product design, and engineering thinking, he brings a practical design foundation to AI. His work is grounded in understanding how ideas become products, systems, services, and experiences, and how they can create real value for people, teams, and businesses.

He connects creative direction with hands-on implementation, turning emerging technology into useful, human, and strategically meaningful outcomes.

MAKING AI USEFUL

Umberto helps organisations move from AI experimentation to real adoption.

His work includes AI consultation, creative AI strategy, operational mapping, workflow optimisation, AI automations, custom AI agents, AI-native prototyping, and generative AI for innovation and brand experience design.

The focus is always practical: where AI creates value, how it fits into existing processes, and how teams can use it responsibly in everyday work.

TEACHING WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS

Umberto is a recognised AI trainer, speaker, and consultant, helping organisations make AI understandable, practical, and useful.

He has trained more than 1000+ people globally through AI masterclasses, workshops, keynotes, and advisory sessions, focusing on real workflows from ideation and production to automation, brand-safe content creation, and custom AI systems.

His approach is direct and human-centred: AI is not magic or hype, but a creative and operational layer that requires taste, judgement, and structure.

FROM LEADERSHIP TO PRACTICE

Umberto’s work as Head of AI and Design Director has given him a practical view of what AI adoption actually requires inside organisations.

He has led teams, built workflows, developed AI-driven creative systems, and helped bring emerging technology into real use across design, marketing, production, and innovation.

This experience shapes his approach: AI only becomes valuable when it is connected to real people, real processes, and real business needs.
